About the Program

Orbit, an initiative by AIC T-Hub, is one of India’s first dedicated SpaceTech Incubation Programs aimed at building a strong and sustainable spacetech ecosystem in the country.

The program is designed to accelerate SpaceTech startups by supporting them from the early stage through to successful commercialization. With a focus on global collaboration, Orbit provides startups with access to product development resources, sector-specific mentorship, and strategic market entry opportunities.

Through Orbit, startups refine their business and commercialization strategies, gain visibility in domestic and international markets, and connect with key stakeholders across the global space ecosystem — positioning them for long-term growth and success.

Eligibility Criteria

Startups meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
Stage of Startup: Early-stage startups (idea-to-early revenue stage).
Technology Maturity: Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 3 or above is preferred.
Pilot or Proof of Concept (PoC): Preferred but not mandatory.
Company Incorporation: The startup must be incorporated and registered in India.

Does AIC T-Hub/ T-Hub ask for a stake in the startups?

No, we do not take any equity or stake in participating startups.

What are the selection criteria?

Startups must meet the following criteria to be considered for the program:

● A strong founding team with relevant industry experience.
● Registered and operating in India.
● Early Stage Startups
● Minimum Viable Product (MVP) ready for Validation.
● Actively working towards product commercialisation.
● Willing to engage, participate, and collaborate with the program team.
